Saturday, 24^th of April 2010, the National Championship for Seniors took place in Deva. Our dojo was represented by 13 fighters and 2 referees, managing to win 9 medals: 1 gold, 4 silver and 4 bronze, as well as a few placements in the top 5-8 fighters in various weight categories.

This year’s competition was a highly disputed one, with almost 200 participants. It was the first time that the Romanian Kyokushin Federation held a national championship in Deva. The competition’s organization was top notch and the crowd was rather numerous and enthusiastic. (more…)
